Thin / Boney / Lack of appetite

by Lisha
(Indiana)

My Friend has a Half Great Pyr / Half (?). He is neutered and aprox 7 - 8 years in age. They recently moved back home from Canada and I saw this pup for the first time in 4 years. He is SO VERY SKINNY and I believe he appears PALE (eyes, ears & gums). They seem to think he's fine, but I am QUITE CONCERNED. Any thoughts?

Unwell Pyr

Perhaps they can't see it because they are close to him.

Take some photos of him and show it to them via email. Don't tell them why you are taking the photos. They should see it in the photos.

They should take him to the vet for a check up in any case.
