This very sweet boy came to us after living in a small apartment where his barking was upsetting the neighbours.
He lived with two children where he did well with them. He also lived with a cat with whom he got along. Due to his size, children over 12 only. It's important that children have respect for a dog. Please read this article on Children and Dogs
He is playing well with another dog at his foster's.
He is a very sweet guy who does need some education.
If you have another dog in the home, it must be female as same sexes do not always see eye-to-eye.
He will go to a single home with a securely fenced yard of at least 6 feet.
A prerequisite to adopting Vance is signing up for either
Home School the Dog or Recallers to ensure you have the best chance at success with him.
If you are interested in meeting him, please complete anadoption application.
There is a $400 adoption contribution that is to be sent to us prior to going home with him. If things do not work out at the meet and greet, the $400 will be refunded
