Aggressive Behaviour

I have two female pyrs, both 3yrs old whom have been together most of that 3 years. Both have been spayed. Suddenly one of the females has become agressive to the other one. They appear to be playing, but it developes into a bloody fight. Any suggestions?

Two dogs of the same sex can be a big issue as they mature. It sounds like this is what is happening with yours. We always recommend the opposite sex with two dogs living in the home.

Contact a certified animal behaviourist who can best advise you on how to work with these two.

In the meantime, keep them separated until you get help.
