Where did you get your dog? I suspect from a farmer or backyard breeder.

Neither will do the crucial socialization and handling by many many many different people, they don't breed for good health or temperament nor to improve the Pyr breed and, you may have a mix.

How old is your dog? How long have you had her?

You need to return the dog to the breeder so they know what kind of dog they are 'selling' to the unsuspecting public.

Or, you need to seriously consider putting her down. She is dangerous to you and the people and dogs around you. She is fearful. No amount of training will change this.

This is very sad and this happens way too often.
