Maybe this boy is for you!
Required: Single detached dwelling with a large securely-fenced yard of at least 5-feet with shade and real grass.
These dogs were bred to wander, and as such, must be contained with secure fencing to protect them from being hit by cars.
These dogs need regular grooming to keep their coat effective in the elements of heat and cold. Do not shave double-coated dogs. Unfortunately, his previous owner kept him shaven.
Stanley is an adorable Great Pyrenees mix. This big handsome boy was was seized due to neglect.
He is truly a good, calm, gentle, and easygoing dog. He gets along with other dogs and cats and is very gentle and patient with people.
He is profoundly deaf but extremely friendly and people orientated. He would be suitable for a retired person with lots of love to give and a secure yard for him to roam around in.
We recommend the online teaching program Recallers or Home School the Dog, which is a modified version of Recallers, to gain an incredible connection with your dog to set him up for success. The Trust Technique is also an excellent way to gain a wonderful connection with your dog.
