I give him free range inside and outside at our home and he seems to lo especially it he never leaves my side since we got him. However at night he refuses to let me sleep he lays one and chores my hard or hands if I hide them he digs for them and keeps doing it I am not sure what to do it why he does this please help.

Crate

It's time to teach him to crate. This is for his safety and yours. They come to like the crate as a safe place if done properly.

He will need a crate in which he can turnaround, standup and fully lie down so a huge crate.

I suspect you haven't had him long so he is very insecure and is afraid of being left, again. It will take time but he will stop following you around.

Here are a few articles on crate-training. If you need help, bring in a positive-reinforcement trainer to help you. A trainer will even have some other suggestions for the nipping issue.
