Is it supposed to have a second claw on a dew claw?

Yes they should have two nails on each back pad so eash dew claw should have a total of 2 nails. Or 6 nails per back paw. As to my boy Beau, his appose each other and look like ram horns....kinda. On my girl you can plainly see someone had one nail removed from each pad. The rear nail. You can see it was removed. Some think they are easily damaged I do not believe that. Hope this helps.
