Droopy eyes

I was wondering if it is normal that my great Pyrenees's eyes are always droopy and red?

His eyes may be droopy naturally. Hard to say without seeing the dog.

They should not be red.

You need to take your dog to the vet to have him assessed.

It's not her actual eye that's red it's the inside of her eye lid that shows because of the droopyness that's so red, is that still not normal?
