great pyrnees 12 yrs old, hearing loss, trouble getting up and down back legs, Just wondered if its getting time for old girl
to go home, ???

You need to consult with your vet and talk about your girl. You can discuss possible solutions that there could be for her mobility issues.

Ultimately, it's your decision. You need to do what is best for your girl.

My dog wasn't a pyr but had same issues starting at 13 yo. Weighed 65#. He didn't have hearing loss but mobility issues, cognitive dysfunction. Took him to underwater treadmill treatments 2-3 x a week for year and a half, laser treatments, acupuncture and meds. He made it til 2 mos. past age 15 with a good life but eventually quit eating so knew it was time. So there might be some things you can do first. Also got him a HelpEmUp harness which really helped to get him up.
