My female great pyreene is 5 months old and just doesn't get it. She will look at me squat and pee afterjust being outside. I have a male great dane that was no problem to train. My pry is kennel trained, I am home all day. We have had since she was six weeks old.

House training
by: Donna

Make sure you have a routine of taking her out first thing in the morning, noon time, about 4:00 and then before bed. When you take her out, make sure she is leashed and don't bring her in until she does pee.

If she keeps peeing in the house, keep her leashed to you and get that routine going. If you see her go to squat, take her right outside on leash. When she pees, praise her. Never punish or scold her.

Here is a great article on house training (copy and past this URL into your browser window):

UTI?
by: Donna

You might also have her checked for a urinary tract infection if you do have her on a routine and she is still peeing in the house. Get her to your vet for a checkup.
