Feeding
by: Donna

First, if you feed kibble, feed high quality such as baked.

You should be checking with the breeder as to what they feed. It depends on how old your dog is, too.

Feed according to what is on the bag. Every kibble is different depending on how much filler is in it.

You feed according to what the ideal weight is for them.

If you feed raw, you feed 2-3% of their ideal body weight. This including aiming for 5-10% organ meat, 10% bone and 80% muscle meat.

how many cups?
by: Anonymous

My Brutus is a healthy 7 year old male and an inside baby. He eats 6 cups dry grain free kibble a day. He weights about 145 lbs. Sometimes I put a little grain free can food in his kibble for a treat. He's on grain free because he is prone to yeast infections in his ears and the grain free keeps him clean from that. I also put 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in his water bowl every time I fill it. He drinks about a gallon of water a day.
