Will the Great Pyrenees do well in a pension for a week or two when the family is gone on vacation? Will he be aggressive or destructive?

Do you have a Pyr now? If so, is he destructive at home? Is he aggressive at home?

If not, he should be fine in a kennel. He may be stressed but that would be normal. Make sure you do your research on kennels to ensure you have a good one that he goes to.

You should consider visiting the kennel with your Pyr and watch how staff are with him. Is the kennel clean? Does he have a big area in which to run at playtime? Can he go in and out of his run into an inside kennel where he sleeps and eats. Make sure you are comfortable with wherever he ends of staying.
