Introducing New Pyr to My Dogs

I'm going through the processes to adopt a 1yr old 100lb male Pyr. I have a 10yr old female Beagle mix, a 6yr old female Labrador Retriever, and an 8 month old male Mastiff mix. They've all been fixed - the Pyr has not. My Lab is very accepting of new dogs and she's submissive. My Beagle considers herself queen of the house and she can be very dominant. Obviously the Pyr defeats her in size, but if she shows aggression near him, will he do it back? She was the same way when I brought my Mastiff mix home but they worked it out. My Mastiff mix can be very overwhelming because he's invasive and really wants to play all the time. He can get kind of rough. Also, he's very protective of his food. Will the Pyr return this aggression?

May be a problem
by: Ed A NJ

If it is a male pyre you may have a
Problem. I think your small dogs and females will be OK but the mastiff may present a problem ether now or later. First off male pyre's are not very playful for long and constant badgering will not be tolerated for long. You didn't say what kind of mastiff he is but it could be ugly. Your boy is only 100 pounds but when pyre's get nasty they get mid evil nasty and there will be blood. Be very careful.
