Is it normal for my puppy to poop soft stools all day?Thats what the breeder told me.

First question, have you asked your vet for advice?
Second question, has your pup had all his shots (specifically the Parvo)?
Third question, has your pup been wormed as per the guidance of your vet?
Fourth question, is the stool just softly formed or are they loose like diarrhea?

If 'no' is your response to the first 3, it's up to you to correct that. Do not delay.
Diarrhea all day is not normal and could be caused by any number of things. None of them good. Your pup could die. So I very strongly recommend getting him to a vet without delay as I would consider this an emergency.
