Milo sleep pees but not when awake. How common is this?is it's a neutered thing?

Vet sez will give proin. RX. See his sphincter relaxes when he relaxes. To sleep. Has to do with some large and giant breed dogs have this sleeping sphincter thing. How common is this.?

Milo is to be 3 years old in December 2017, we are his 3 rd family he's a rescue, bottle fed runt of 75 USA pounds. Pyrenees x St. Bernard x white lab. Neutered.

Milo is being role model taught by my older dog to be a warning response support epilepsy dog for my daughter. It's going well all I do is support kings role model efforts. King is the teacher.if you know what I mean.

Milo ihas taught himself to be PTSD support, anxiety support, .also for daughter.

and he has decided he should help the older dog , king, when king needs help because king is blind due to age. If I try to help king with blind issues Milo gently uses his head to push my hand away. As he pushes my hand away he makes a humming noise .

King is afraid of thunder , Milo has also taken over that for king. He hums and face touches and puffs on kings face and licks kings ears. Milo heard dogs king into progressively smaller circles until king sits and lies down then Milo lies down next to king and continues humming until king sleeps.

Milo also goes to nursing homes with me so the folks can pet him it's my hobby . I never taught him that either.

In the shelter he was trust trained and obedience trained. We got him when he was 18 monthes old. It is as if he has always been in our family.
