Moxie in her element - last photoshoot with her

Moxie started her life with us in September 2017 at 6 years old, we adopted her on a whim and man was that the best decision we had ever made! She became the centre of our entire lives - she came with us to every single event with our friends and family & with everyone she met they fell in love with her & loved her just as much as we did! In February 2020 we added our Golden Retriever Rex to our “zoo” & Moxie was officially promoted to big sister! She took on that role like a champ & it brought a side out in her we rarely saw - her playful side! When those two got playing it was like nothing you’ve seen, the signature Moxie move we called it her “butt whip” and that came out almost every time her and Rex played! She had a whole new lease on life & we could not have been happier 🩷 Moxie & Rex were blessed to have each other for almost 2 years then unfortunately Moxie was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer 3 days before Christmas 2021 & we cherished our last 3 weeks with her & had to say our final goodbyes January 10, 2022 - she passed peacefully in our home with her 3 siblings Max, Mattie & Rex by her side 🌈
She has left a huge paw print in our hearts 🐾

We are so sorry, Emmalee. Their lives are so short, but you gave her a wonderful life, and she brought you such joy. You can't ask for more than that.
