Neuter - Best Age?

I just adopted my Great Pyrenees, Leo, a few days ago. He was kept intact by his last owners and used as a stud. He will be 2 years old in May this year. I definitely want to get him neutered as soon as I can, but I’m wondering if it’s still too early to neuter him.
