Not eating

I have a 8 year old GP. For the past few days he is not eating. His breath is very stinky and is drooling more than usual. His drool is slightly yellow in colour. Would appreciate any help as to how to treat him.
I live in Tanzania where there is not vet who has experience with GPs.

If you have a probiotic, yogourt, something of that nature. Give him a small bowl everyday. If it is a digestive sptoblem, that should reset it. If it is bad teeth, plaque or something of that nature, give him some raw meaty bones to chew on. that will help clean them, not completely but enoough to know if this is a factor. You probably should be cleaning his teeth periodically anywya. Use a tooth brush or a finger brush.

Check his stools to see what colour and what the consistency is to see it there is a clue ther.
