Siblings – Fighting

by Patricia
(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA)

I have Great White Pyrenees siblings, male and female. We got them at 6 weeks and they are 18 months now. The female is fixed. They have always play fought and still do but lately my female has been running my male off from his food bowl. Why is she being mean to him?

You just shouldn't allow her to do that simply by feeding separately. That's just how she is. Feed him in his crate so he can eat without her bothering him or at least in separate rooms.

Here is a post on litter mates. They do get to the part about already having litter mates and what to do.
