Surgical cost help

I adopted a 6 month old female Great Pyrenese 3 years ago. She has already had 1 acl repair on her right rear leg and now the left one is torn! My income is limited as I am a retired person. Is there any organizations that can help me with the cost of this surgery, and if so can you direct me to them. She is in great health otherwise and she is just the best companion ever.
