Toes - Six on Registered Pup

My registered Pyrenees hair I produced a six-toed puppy 6 front toes is this a fluke or something that I should be real concerned about

Well , name him toes;SEE the vet, and love it, He different , and i like that, he is unique ,ck in va.

Our Pyr has 3, one more on each hind leg than the more common 2 extra toes.
Doesn't bother him. Doesn't bother us. He is unique and completely loved, just as he is.
