Transport from UK to USA

I am being transferred to the UK from the USA and will obviously be taking my Pyr with me. There does not seem to be any way to do this other than airplane, and I know he won't like it, but I plan to use the shortest possible route and make sure he is familiar with his transport crate, the problem is, I can't find one his size. Does anyone have experience of transporting a Gt Pyr by air who can give me some advice on this, including where to buy or have something made that airlines will transport him in.
