Willie

DOB: late Sept 2023 (don’t know for sure) rescued Dec 2023

Location: Norwood Ontario

Name: Willie

Single dwelling home with a securely fenced yard of at least 5 feet.

Good on leash? He is not leash trained, but something that is easily taught.

Basic education? No real education, but something their new person can work with to create a wonderful connection. Recallers is a fabulous on-line teaching program which also builds a close connection between you and your dog.

He barks, as he should, at new people coming around, but then he calms down. He hasn’t been around children. The Trust Technique will be extremely helpful in teaching your dog to bring his thinking levels down.

Destructive in house? No issues

Separation anxiety? None. Happy to see you when you come back.

Willie is an adventurer. He sometimes escaped our fence, but always comes back. Sweet personality, but he is a little skiddish outside when you go to pat him. He is affectionate in the house. Whalen, his brother, is a high-ranked male, and is a good partner for Willie. They work well together. Willie chases our cats in house, but not aggressive to hurt them.
