Mia my 7 month old female Maremma puppy

Has anyone had issues with their female Maremma puppy at 3 months old after being house trained started wetting herself at four months all of a sudden seldom but more often now. Been to the vet who put her on antibiotics thinking possibly UTI. It stopped whilst on a antibiotics but one week after it started slowly again. Back to the vet who put her back on antibiotics and did a blood test also. He said it could be a more serious issue with her urethra or bladder. The ct Scan is going to cost $2,500.00 australian. Just want to know I’d this is normal and they can grow out of it or if anyone else has been through this to find out it’s a serious medical condition she has also started in the last 2 weeks humping any cushion she can. I will be getting her desexed when vet says as I do not want to breed her. Any help or support is greatly appreciated. Cheers Michelle

Here is some information on humping.

Humping

As for the incontinence, and since we can't diagnose without seeing her, has the vet done a urine culture to determine what kind of 'bug' she has? The fact that she got better and then it came back may indicate she needs a different antibiotic.

Should you get a CT scan, what will it determine? If it is something more serious, what does the surgery, if any, entail? What would those costs be? Would the surgery be successful? Just things to consider.
